Being our 1st Meetup ever, of The Foundation for International Blockchain & Real Estate Expertise (FIBREE), we will begin with:

1. Discuss What FIBREE is, does, and it’s Philosophy - Skype Appearance by the President of FIBREE, Walter Strametz , Live from Graz Austria! Walter is also the Founder of element360.io

2. Get a level of understanding as to what Distributed Ledger Technology AKA Blockchain is, and how we see it, affecting Real Estate today and into the future.

3. Presentation by a local Blockchain in Real Estate Attorney, Ross D. Meador Partner at CKR Law in Irvine, to discuss how the law lines up currently, and in the future.

4. Kostantino‘s Gakis is a senior business analyst at Propy Inc. (Propy.com) a Silicon Valley based blockchain technology start up in the real estate sector. He is an experienced management and development consultant with a PhD in operations research from the University of Florida, an executive masters in governance from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne. As a consultant he’s worked in over 60 projects, many of them with international teams, funded by the European Union and as a business analyst for the implementation of IT systems. He has worked as a Process Reengineering, public-sector reform, and governance expert in Europe

5. Start our 1st Group Project, “How do we see Blockchain, affecting the Residential Real Estate Transaction, from the Broker/Agent prospective?
