The Yale Blockchain Initiative is proud to be organizing the first YBlockchain? Conference: An economic, political, and social inquiry into the impacts of Blockchain technology. Many other college blockchain conferences have been organized around the technical, financial, and industry-specific elements of Blockchain, but Yale aims to do something different. We are using Yale's strong liberal arts history to create an interdisciplinary dialogue between the humanities, arts, social sciences, and STEM on the possible implications of the use of Blockchain to our society as a whole. People of all background and levels of familiarity are welcomed.
