Palo Alto: Put Your Business Plan for Q1 2018 on a 3x5 card + Regular Roundtable

Details
Come join entrepreneurs who eat problems for breakfast. At a Bootstrappers Breakfast® we have serious conversations about growing a business based on internal cashflow and organic profit: this is for founders who are actively bootstrapping a startup. The other attendees will all be in startups. It will be a chance to compare notes on operational, development, and business issues with peers.
Special Topic: Fit Your Business Plan for Q1 2018 on a 3x5 Card
In addition to our regular roundtable there will be a 15 minute exercise to map out key goals and experiments for 2018 on a 3x5 card. We ask that you bring a pen: we will supply the 3x5 cards.
Putting your 60 day business plan on a 3x5 index card as a way of maintaining focus. Outline one key problem you are trying to solve, who your customer is, and what success looks like in 30 and 60 days.
“Keep your plan on an index card: key problem, customer, value, and what success looks like in 30 and 60 days”
Anne Kallus
Anne offered this insight at the SVCC13 Working For Equity Founders Panel (https://www.skmurphy.com/blog/2013/10/07/recap-of-svcc2013-working-for-equity-panel/), see slide 30 for a summary. This really resonated with me: I find 3×5 index cards (https://www.skmurphy.com/blog/2006/11/28/3x5-cards/) as useful as the UX folks find post-it or sticky notes.
We meet in the back room, so space is limited — Please RSVP.

Cost is a small fee to offset the coordination cost, everyone pays for their own breakfast;
