We are Boss Babes of Hampton Roads.  Our mission is to make a safe space for women of all walks of life and economic backgrounds to feel understood, connect, share, and grow.  With meaningful relationships, collaborative opportunities, and actionable resources, we plan to create a supportive community where women can thrive in their personal and professional lives.

We are mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, grandmothers and more. Whether we are chasing after kids or grandkids, dogs, cats, you name it, we’ve chased it.  We run our own businesses, households, and everything else in between.  We are all ages, races, religions, professions and economic levels.

What we have in common is that we are woman in control.  We are taking charge of our own circumstances in work and our personal lifes.  We are women who are not afraid to take the lead and be our own “Bosses”.  We will design the lives we want to live!!
