• What we'll do

We are now half-way through the SEVEN consecutive weekly classes for complete beginners, with no prior knowledge or experience on the instrument. We will video record ourselves to join the worldwide celebration of World Ukulele Day which falls on 2nd February each year.

If you’d like to join this session without prior registration, it’s $49, to include handout. Please contact the event host to enquire fees for the remaining sessions.

This is a unique opportunity to play music in what was the oldest chocolate factory in America. The Walter Baker Building is home to working artists. The Common Room contains a temporary exhibit launched from the annual Holiday Stroll.

What previous participants have said about Anne's ukulele workshops:
'This is the class that you never knew you needed. But when you've done it, you'll realize you should have done it years ago.'

‘The handout is excellent, and the class was both informative and fun.’

• What to bring

Ukulele + clip-on tuner, music stand, own refreshments & snacks (optional to share), handout (from previous session). Your own music stand.

Provided: tables, chairs, free wifi, hot tea and snacks.
