MAKE MUSIC BOSTON is an annual event, a kind of city-wide mega porchfest, matching performers to venues. See http://www.makemusicboston.org
We have an opportunity to make an impact in the local community with our music, in this free event.
OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE
Free entry. Invite your friends & families. Bring your folding chairs, lawn chairs, picnic blankets, spread out on the big beautiful green lawn and experience live music as the sun goes down on the longest day of the year.
Last November, 40 ukulele players gathered at Eustis Estate, the newest addition to Historic New England, to play for 4 hours on a grey and rainy day. We played outdoors, in the main hall, balcony upstairs (flashmob), upstairs library, and the traditional 19th century kitchen pictured above.
If you're interested in participating, that is, study the song sheets by yourself, join us in a rehearsal closer to the date, and perform outdoors together, please RSVP to get in the loop.
