    Learn the foundation basics of wirework! The wrapped loop enables the creation of all manner of beaded drops and links, elements that are essential for earrings and other wire projects. Class will discuss wire gauges and tempers, tools, and will make several example links. Tools and materials are included. This is a technique class, so students will not be making any finished projects. Please be prompt! The table we work at can accommodate five or six people per session, and we are running on a first-come, first-served basis.     Elastic bracelets are easy to make and to wear, and have become an increasingly popular option for beads of all types, thanks to the lack of bulky clasps and ease of stacking several at once. This one-hour session will cover all the basics of different stretchy materials, the knots which do the best job of closing bracelets off, and the use of crimp covers to conceal and protect the knot. Class fee covers instruction and materials for up to two bracelets.
