Boulder Python Monthly Meetup

Details
6:30pm, User-Friendly Configurations of i3status using py3status - Hristo Asenov
The project py3status is a wrapper around i3status, a program that sets up statusline on i3 wm. I will demonstrate the custom modules I wrote for changing between keyboard layouts, disabling / enabling the mouse touchpad, and others. In the talk, I want to stress a user-friendly approach to starting a new language such as Python, as well as have a gentle introduction to tiling window managers.
6:55pm, Sponsor shout-outs, meetup announcements, hiring announcements, mingle.
7:15pm, Speaker/Presentation TBD

Our meetup has implemented the PyCon "Code of Conduct" (https://us.pycon.org/2018/about/code-of-conduct/) for ensuring all members attending a session feel included and heard. Thanks for your mutual respect to one another.
