As a psychologist, entrepreneur and a person who has fought depression, Sally Spencer-Thomas knows about this experience all too well. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Carson J Spencer Foundation, a Denver-based nonprofit that is leading innovation in suicide prevention. Carson was her younger brother, also an entrepreneur, who died by suicide in 2004. Today, the Carson J Spencer Foundation works to build bold, gap filling suicide prevention strategies to prevent what happened to Carson from happening to others.
