# Restorative Sound Healing with Brigitte & Doug Parvin
Brigitte and Doug combined their two classes and now have a Restorative Meditation with Sound Healing.
Join Brigitte a for Yoga nidra, lucid sleeping is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Lucid dreaming is the Western term used to denote a practice similar to yoga nidra. The practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. The autonomic symptoms of high anxiety such as headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain respond well. It has been used to help soldiers from war cope with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Each meditation Doug will be using a variety of sound instruments including, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, bells, didgeridoo's, flutes, and tuning forks to name a few. What to wear: Yoga wear or comfortable clothing.

Sound Healing Chakra Meditation with Doug Parvin
Meditations are approximately 30-45minutes long. Doug Parvin will be guiding you through your chakra system either lying down or in a seated position. Each meditation we will be using a variety of sound instruments including, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, bells, didgeridoo's, flutes, and tuning forks to name a few. What to wear: Yoga wear or comfortable clothing.
Cost: $15.00
What to bring: Your own pillow and blanket. We have mats, blankets, and pillows also.
