Thirteen years ago, James was assaulted on his way home. The attack left James with a traumatic brain injury. He has been in a wheelchair ever since.

Because of his severe disability, James can't even get out of bed without help.

If he could install a hoist in his home's roof truss, he could lift himself up. But as his house was a rental, that kind of renovation was not going to happen.

So the government put James in an old-age nursing home.

There, he will spend his entire adult life. With nurses carrying him to the toilet every day.

James is not alone. More than 6,200 young people with high disability around the country are in the same boat.

And it's not only young people. Under the age of 65, we're talking over 28,000 people with high support needs. And that number is trending up – with 2,000 more people every year.

Until recently, these people had no alternative – and no hope. But a new initiative is now changing this sad reality.

The Greatest Opportunity You’ll Ever Have Is Knocking At Your Door

  • The Australian government has allocated $700 million a year for this new initiative.

  • These 700 million dollars have just one purpose. To give these twenty-eight thousand people a home to live in dignity.

  • Thousands of these people have already been approved into the program. It's called NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

  • But despite being approved, they have no place to go. There are no available properties in the market for these people! (In other words – there is a huge demand, but no supply!)

  • There is only one way to solve this problem. To motivate us property investors to create more appropriate properties.

  • And here's how the incentive works. You bring such a property to the market, and the NDIS will pay you a much higher rent than you’d ever get for it from the general market.

  • How much higher? Your rental income through this NDIS initiative can be up to $47,800 per annum per person!
