Alex is our town planning guru! His local knowledge is second-to-none and this month he gives us a rare and content-rich deep dive into duplexes and multiple dwelling developments. If you're considering any investments in this sector you simply HAVE to listen to this one!
SECOND SESSION
This month, Jim Valery has an exceptional real deal to share with the group. Many interesting learnings, with lots of little tweaks and twists along the way!
This real deal of a 12 lot subdivision will be covering:
- Biodiversity issues to resolve
- Moving at the right time to anticipate the market
- Amending the normal subdivision to a Body Corporate subdivision, as a way to mitigate the Council concerns
- Along with Biodiversity it has Waterway Corridor, Overland Flow and Koala
- All but SOLD (if he choose to!)
- Sewage through BCC parkland
