Real Deal - Craig Mehrtens & Jim Valery

Craig & Jim have a cracker JV to present this month! Located in Tingalpa, this 1 into 7 lot subdivision had some surprising challenges to overcome including refuse collection. Luckily, there were a few items that worked in their favour too.

Jim Valery is a full-time Property Developer and has transacted over $30m in property deals in a variety of shapes and sizes, specialising in land sub-divisions.

Craig Mehrtens is an Accountant by background with a keen interest in property and has joint ventured in a number of land sub-division projects over the last 5 years.
