Firebase Push Notifications and Open Data Day chat

Happy Chinese New Year to those celebrating! This month let's talk Firebase Push Notifications and also about Open Data Day 2019! 🎉

The main talk of the evening will be about Firebase Push Notifications. Firebase https://firebase.google.com/ is platform that provides several services to make app development much simpler and the focus of this talk will be more about Push Notifications via their Cloud Messaging feature https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/ (will focus on desktop use but Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM is also used for mobile push notifications)

Also as Open Data Day is coming next month on 2nd March https://opendataday.org/ it would be great to discuss possible projects to work on or even things people would be interested to learn about 😃 In the past year I created http://thewheat.github.io/data.gov.bn-data based on data from data.gov.bn and am curious to see what can be worked on this year!
