What is bomba?
Today, Bomba is one of the oldest genres of music and dance where the community gets together and celebrate the ancestors of Africa.
Bomba has influence from all over Africa, the Taino, the Spanish, and from all over the Carribeans.
Bomba is the only one thing that is used to describe their struggles, beliefs, everyday life, etc.

What?
This event is a live experience to showcase people the importance of Puerto Rico's culture and how bomba reflects the history of Puerto Rico.

How?
Myself will dance bomba and showcase how this dance reflects the history and how beautiful it can be.

Why?
People know very little about the significance of the music and the dance and how this genre reflects so much of Puerto Rico's culture.
