Pittsboro is a beautiful and historic town located in Chatham County, about 15 miles south of Chapel Hill. I've heard numerous glowing comments about Pittsboro's historic downtown district and how nice it is to explore that little town on a Saturday.
With that being said, let's meet for a tasty lunch at the highly-regarded Oakleaf restaurant in Pittsboro. This restaurant -- located inside the historic Chatham Mills building -- is very highly-rated on both TripAdvisor and Yelp, and its menu looks very enticing.
Take advantage of being in Pittsboro by exploring the historic downtown area after lunch, either by yourself or with some of your fellow CHAD Meetup members. I've been informed that the downtown district is a very short drive from Oakleaf and has plenty of parking.
