Malmö: Nurturing Good Habits, with Hampus Jakobsson, Øredev, and .TIBA demo

Details

Be it Alan Watts’ “Your ultimate force is habit.” or Will Durant’s “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”, we are reminded of the power our habits wield over us time and time again. How then do we nurture habits conducive to living in a way we consider valuable? Can technology and science lend us a hand?

Hampus Jakobsson will open by reflecting on learning from quantifications of self without getting stuck in between layers of tech. Then, Michael Auchenberg from .TIBA will speak about habit formation, behavioral nudging, and cognitive therapy. After that, you can try out .TIBA's habit-fostering bracelet, and discuss what others passionate about finding their ideal sleep routines, food pyramids, and ways to be are experimenting with.

Doors open at 5pm, drinks & food will be provided.
