The Houston Cloud Security Alliance Chapter Presents:
*** APPLICATION SECURITY TRANSFORMATION ***

--------------------- [MORNING SESSIONS] ----------------------

i. SDLC/ DevSecOps Automation: SAST | DAST | RASP | IAST | SCA | Shift-LEFT

ii. SECURING YOUR APPLICATIONS IN MODERN DATA CENTERS: Micro-Segmentation | Process-level Segmentation | Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping | Communication flows | Protection and compliance.

iii. APPLICATION DATA (SECURITY) -- Changing the Game! Establishing limits on the number of network hops (routers, firewalls and other devices) that data from a server can pass through. By limiting the hop count of your data packets, and reducing the range of your data transmission to appropriate levels, organizations can help ensure that critical data stays safely within the datacenter.

-----------[LUNCH AND AFTERNOON SESSIONS]------------

APPLICATION DATA (SECURITY) Continued:

i. The Significant Benefits of Cloud-Enabled Tokenization & Data Vaulting in Application Transformation:

The purpose of tokenization is to swap out sensitive data generated from your applications—typically payment card or bank account numbers—with a randomized number in the same format but with no intrinsic value of its own. The process of removing sensitive data from vulnerable applications and business systems by replacing the data with an undecipherable token and storing the original data in a secure cloud data vault has many Security, DevOps and ROI benefits.

ii. STATE OF IT RESILIENCE IN THE CLOUD | Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) | Mantaining IT Resilience in highly transformative times -- In Parallel with Digital Transformation, Hybrid Cloud, and Migration to Mobile Edge Computing.

Additional session information will be posted shortly.

Chapter and Event Sponsorship Opportunities are available!
