The DX Forum was created to bring together a community of executives, entrepreneurs, and technology practitioners to better understand what transformation is all about in a competitive and fast-moving digital landscape. Despite Digital Transformation becoming a central strategic goal in virtually every organization these days, many initiatives begin with high hopes but, too often, end without successful, lasting transformation. In many cases DX is jumpstarted by performing Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) activities. CX is all about putting customers at the center of the problem and revolving solutions around their needs, not only the needs of the company, therefore, Customer Experience is its own journey under the DX umbrella.
