Honestly, I decided to hold this Elevation Ceremony during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend because of all the charged stuff that bubbles up during these events. Figured a lot of you could use this "lift" to transcend the unsettled feelings that often arise. We’ll begin our time together with getting settled as I guide us through ancient Vedic body and breathe practices that will ground our intentions for the evening and connect us energetically.

In a safe, legal and sacred environment you’ll be supported in uncovering and releasing destructive and self-defeating emotions. Bring your open mind and a willingness to embrace an exceptional inner journey.

Like all my gatherings, this one will be plant medicine-optional. I will provide complimentary high CBD strains that offer a relaxing and focused dimension. CBD-dominate strains have been described as a “warm and nurturing hug”.
