3d Printing Campaign Medical Supplies - Conference Call

Please join us if you are interested in getting involved in our 3d printing campaign coordinated through Carmel Maker Space and the Monterey Bay Makers Group. We are looking for support is various areas of the project. Join our Monday discussion to find out how you can get involved. We have printed 1000 face shields so far and have been growing our distributed network of collaborators. Team members include individuals from institutions like Navel Post-Graduate School, Stevenson School, MBARI, The Sustainability Academy, York School, Stanford Hospital, CHOMP, and many more. We are distributing these to primarily essential service workers but also service industry workers keeping the stores operating.

A few ways you can help :

1. If you have a 3d printer consider joining our team of fabricators, you can help from your own home.
2. If you have project management skills, help us coordinate operations.
3. If you have time to help, we have fun tasks for you - for example, we need to assemble the shields by attaching shield to frame. Also you can help distribute completed face shields to folks who need them.
4. Donate to help cover funds and by supplies. Gofundme page coming soon.
5. Join our conference call to listen in to our plans for expansion.
