This is a group for anyone interested in casual bicycling, whether you have a road bike, mountain bike or any paddle cruiser, just bring it along..

Objective is to ride your bike for few hours every Saturday and explore OC bike trails, increase fitness and have fun conversations biking along. This group may not be ideal for professional bikers.

Vision of the Group is to eventually promote bike riding in each individuals daily commute.

Breathe, Stretch and Release Class – Reduce Pains & Aches – For Everyone - No Experience Required - Professional Instructor First Class: Sunday, March 24th at 1:00pm at Heart Space OC (Please check at front desk for room assignment). Please register by Friday, March 22nd. Subsequent Classes, 2nd and 4th Sunday of Every Month at 1:00pm For everyone; no experience is required! BENEFITS OF REGULAR STRETCHING: * Reduced pains and aches * Improved flexibility and circulation * Improved posture, balance and coordination * Decreased risk of injury WHAT TO BRING: * Wear stretch and/or loose-fitting clothes * Yoga mat, blocks or large towel(s) that can be rolled up * Water to stay hydrated FEES: $15 per participant, payable at class $10 per participant if RSVP’ing via Meetup. All proceeds after class costs goes to support Enlightened Heart Spiritual Center which holds guided meditation every Sunday at 10:30 at HeartSpace OC. Caution: This class is not a replacement for any medical treatment you may be currently undergoing. If you are currently under the care of a physician or physical therapist, please check with them to ensure that the participation in the stretching class is not contraindicated to your treatment.
