What we're about

The purpose of this group is to gather and learn about Celtic music, culture, food, and the countries they originate from. Specifically, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, and Nordic countries. Also, to promote the culture of Celtic Americans. To attend live Celtic music events, festivals, Ren fairs, and Scottish games. Pub nights will be posted along with music jam sessions. All singers and musicians are welcome. If you are of Celtic heritage or just have a love of all things Celtic, this is the group for you!! We have activities all over the greater Sacramento area and beyond!!

Pub Night at 19 Handles

19 Handles Pub & Grill

We will be meeting with the Shamrock Club at 19 Handles to have some drinks and food and watch a movie about Ireland. I don't know exactly what the movie is about, but it probably is information about the countryside and culture. This is a fun group. We will be having these pub nights on the first Wednesday of each month. These are in addition to the club's business meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Come join us and make some new friends. Find out what activities we are planning and offer your own suggestions!

Irish Language meeting

Costa Vida

Failte! Welcome! We would like to get together and explore the Irish language! Explore and compare resources and build a group where we can learn with each other. We are not fluent speakers, just people who would like to learn the language and use it in conversation. Anyone is welcome, no matter your skill level.
I'm excited to announce that we will have someone joining us at this meeting that speaks fluent Irish. He will bring some books to show us and give us some great tips on how to learn.
