Instructor Bio: Jamie, of Harmonic Holistics, is a full-time sound healing practitioner, specializing in trauma-informed stress reduction practices. With a passion for everything meditation-related, she believes everyone can meditate in their own unique way when given guidance, patience, and reassurance. When she isn’t sharing wellness activities, she is hiking, cuddling with her dog, or expressing herself through dance.

Enjoy breathwork along with peaceful sound healing. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

The ambiance will include galaxy lamps and candles to set the tone for a dreamy vibe. This will take place at a cozy private residence with a galactic celestial ambiance.
