This Meetup is welcome to all that would like to explore spiritual growth, self-empowerment, and expand consciousness through energy healing modalities such as Reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Meetups are held by Jamie Dubin at studios, private residences, and in nature throughout San Luis Obispo county.
Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing with crystal quartz bowls can enhance your life spiritually, emotionally, and physically. These modalities are known to improve sleep, reduce stress, relieve anxiety and depression, strengthen the immune system, expand consciousness, explore spirituality, and induce deep inner-peace and relaxation. We learn how to harness the sacred healing power of our own breath and sound so we can find and embrace our inner healer.

This will truly be a special event as we are bathed with sounds from crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, & other sacred instruments. Enjoy setting your intentions for your journey, guided meditation, and vibrational sound healing as you float peacefully. This experience helps us let go of stress, embody happiness and peace, and work through difficult emotions.
Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.
You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.
This event is upstairs (no elevator).
Floor space: $20
Hammock space: $40What to bring: You may bring a blanket and an eye mask for comfort. Jamie and The Center also have extra. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.
