This Meetup is welcome to all that would like to explore spiritual growth, self-empowerment, and expand consciousness through wellness and energy healing modalities such as reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Meetups are held by Jamie Dubin at studios, private residences, and in nature throughout San Luis Obispo county.
Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing with crystal bowls can enhance your life spiritually, emotionally, and physically. These modalities are known to improve sleep, reduce stress, relieve anxiety and depression, strengthen the immune system, expand consciousness, explore spirituality, and induce deep inner-peace and relaxation. We learn how to harness the sacred healing power of our own breath and sound so we can find and embrace our inner healer.

• Alcohol-free. Participants that are obviously intoxicated or disruptive/show innapropriate behavior will be asked to leave. No vaping indoors.
• Two Studios, Two Vibes: Move freely between Studio 1 (the dance zone) and Studio 2 (a cozy space for chill and connection). You may arrive to depart at your leisure. You do not Need to be at the event the whole time.
• Come dressed however you feel most alive — red/pink, whimsical, love- themed is totally welcome, but never required. Creative self-expression is part of the experience, whether that means sparkles, comfy clothes, or something all your own.
• Squishmallow Pool: Melt into the squishmallows for extra cozy hangs and heartfelt conversations.
• Art Nook: Coloring books, connections cards, and live art.
• Hammock Hangout: Zen out in silk hammocks to unwind.
• Consent is key. Palms together and to the heart (bowing out) means "no thank you" to conversation and dance invitations.
• Sharing is caring. You’re welcome to bring alcohol-free drinks or mild-scent vegan snacks to leave in the kitchen area for community sharing.Tickets & Energy Exchange

The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.
This event will be held on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the central coast sunset after the event!

Sound Healing and Yoga by the Sea
Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa, 2727 Shell Beach Rd , CA, Pismo Beach, CA, USJoin us for an experience of sound healing, and gentle yoga to reset your nervous system.
KJ and Jamie join for a collaborative healing journey. This experience is filled with intention setting, gratitude cards, yoga, and vibrational sound healing.
KJ will guide us through a restorative yoga practice. Jamie will accompany the flow by sharing vibrations of crystal quartz and Himalayan bowls into harmonies that help create balance, stress-release, and inner-peace.
Together, they guide a journey where we get in touch with the mind and body, creating a blissful experience and empowerment.No yoga experience necessary for this offering. Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow (or another folded blanket) to use for the sound bath portion.

When you arrive, make a left at self parking. Drive until you see a driveway on the right and park anywhere in the parking lot around the area. Walk down the driveway and you will see the chapel, right.
If you have any questions on directions you can check in at the front desk so you can be shown the location of the event.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, eye mask, and anything else to help you feel comfortable and cozy.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.
