Summer is a great time to picnic and relax with family and friends, do it Vegan style, whether is during July 4th or just a day in the park or beach.
Enjoy tried and true recipes that will make your mouth water, and be healthy to your body.

We love to have you attend our monthly class on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 3 PM at the Port Charlotte Seventh Day Adventist Church, in the Grand Hall. Please lookup Rachael and Harry Selent, organizers and hosts of the event and introduce yourself, we'd love to meet you.
