Enjoy three activities:
8-9am Qigong
9-9:30am Healthy Refreshments
9:30-12pm Hiking at the Magnificent Alum Rock Park
We'll practice Qigong at the open structure (walk to the center of the park, turn left to cross the basketball court to the open structure as shown above). Pictured directions are here:

We start with basic postures and will incorporate advanced techniques gradually.
The fun exercise consists of the following sections:
Wild Goose Postures (大雁功) Dragon Posture One to Five Healing Qigong (also called Inhale, Inhale, Exhale Breathing Exercise) Standing Posture, Breathing in Good Energy into Six Locations, Shaking Off Bad Energy, Patting Exercise; Ending Exercise Fitness Exercise All experience levels are welcome. Practice Qigong to start a great day!
