Let's Get Slimey!

We've played with strawberries and with E. coli, but let's get a bit more exotic. Slime molds are found on every continent and provide a fascinating glimpse of intelligence without nerves. Slime mold may be a very simple protist, but it's capable of making complex decisions without the luxury of a brain. We'll play around with some slime mold cultures, and also make some announcements about the lab, its future, and our goals for the summer!
