Are you looking to amp up your training this winter? Do you want to shed some of that winter weight? By popular demand, we are doing the Jedi Strong Challenge 2022 (adapted from the Game On Diet) beginning Monday, January 31st and ending Sunday, February 27th. It’s a challenge that incorporates and builds healthy eating, exercise, meditation, as well as other beneficial habits. It’s also a challenge of cooperation and competition.
In preparation for this challenge, we will be hosting an online session where people can learn to set difficult but achievable goals. We will get our bodies moving with some light stretching and yoga. We will also share best practices regarding healthy eating.
No matter your experience level, you are encouraged to attend. We would love to hear what has worked for you.
