Monthly Meeting: Citizens' Climate Lobby South Side Chapter

Come join us and get inspired to take action on climate change! Bring a laptop if you can so we can do research and write a bit.

We'll start at 11:00AM with an informal orientation for new volunteers, and some time to catch up for returning members.

At 11:30 we'll do an activity to learn more about the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act.

At 12:00 we'll join 400+ other CCL chapters across the country in watching our national video call.

After that we'll do 30 minutes of break-out sessions practicing climate advocacy, taking action by writing to Congress or local newspapers, and planning Chicago area efforts, among other activities. We will end the meeting by talking about our planned actions over the coming months.
