Curious how you can impact climate change? Join us to learn more about how we're organizing at a local level to drive national climate policy!

New members are invited to join us at 10:30 am CT for an introduction to the chapter and our organizing principles.

The general meeting starts at 11:00 am: we'll share updates on chapter activities and training topics until 12:00 pm.

Did you know that, nationally, those who prioritize environmental issues tend to have low voting rates? That needs to change!

CCL is partnering with the Environmental Voter Project to get out the vote for the Florida state primary. We will be writing postcards to environmentally-minded voters to get them engaged in their upcoming election. You will be given a script, so no worries about what to write.

Contacting voters directly has a proven record of success – the more postcards, the more voters go to the polls. So join us for some snacks, brews, and political action.

If you’re able, please bring a packet of stamps to help send the postcards. Standard 'forever stamps' will work, but you can also find POSTCARD stamps that are less expensive. Bringing stamps is not required.

Then, stick around for community connection time and learn about meaningful action you can take to drive climate solutions forward.
