CLEANTECH / GREENTECH CURIOUS? Join the Cleantech Open Western Region (http://western.cleantechopen.org/) each 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm at Impact Hub in San Francisco, close to the Powel Bart Station. Meet fellow Cleantech enthusiasts, learn how to grow your business, and help save the world . . . all while still holding a frosty adult beverage in one hand.

This will be a potluck, so please bring something to drink or eat.

Our speaker this week is Javier Sanchez, founder of iAQ Systems. Javier is a Spanish entrepreneur with a background in economics and business, and experience in telecommunications and clean building. His company helps families know about the quality of the air they're breathing and improve it when needed. iAQ Systems focuses on sensors and alerts, and uses the Internet of Things to turn what was an extraordinarily costly proposition – indoor air quality monitoring -- into something every household can afford. Javier will share with us his journey from idea to CleanTech semi-finalist to alpha prototype.
