Stop fighting with your own mind. Learn how to make friends with your thoughts and whatever else is going on in that wonderful brain of yours.

This workshop addresses the common concern that many have with the racing, wandering mind. It uses mindfulness and mindful meditations as a basis for practice. Several meditations and techniques will be used throughout the workshop to help the student understand which techniques work best for them and what might be getting in the way of a more peaceful mind.

The workshop will include a student workbook with introductory material, meditation worksheets, helpful handouts, and additional resources.

The instructor will be available for one-on-one time to address persistent concerns with meditation for all students.

About The Instructor
Patrick has been meditating and practicing mindfulness for over 25 years. He is a certified well-being coach specializing in stress management, and mindfulness.

I’m passionate about happiness and fulfillment. I’m the co-owner of Etheria Wellness and offer many different workshops including mindfulness, quieting the mind, meditation, stress management. I also offer individual sessions for stress reduction, life balance, mindfulness, and meditation.
