Last year, SEPTA rolled out the SEPTA Key to make commuting easier, faster, and more convenient. This year, they’re hoping to improve your experience with the launch of a new SEPTA Key website.
But before they choose a final design, SEPTA's CIO Bill Zebrowski wants to hear from you. During this informational session, you're encouraged to ask questions and give feedback.
You don’t need any special knowledge to attend this event – just a desire to help make the new SEPTA Key website a great experience.
Here's how you can make the most of the evening:
1. Visit https://beta.septakey.org/. If you have a SEPTA Key, you can log in to manage your account. You can also register a new card or find out where to get one.
2. Think about what it's like to use the site:
-What was easy? Hard?
-What made sense? What didn’t?
-Were you able to accomplish what you were trying to do?
-If you were frustrated by something, what changes might make it less frustrating?
3. While your thoughts are fresh, take a few minutes to fill out the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LVG5D62
4. Jot down any other thoughts you have and bring them to discuss with Bill and his team.
