Reminder - This is a "drop" ride with groups splitting up based on pace and abilities.
Brief Description -It is going to be a beautiful morning for a ride again this week as we travel around Gleneagle and Woodmoor on very good roads. The second loop will be at Palmer Lake which is where you can make a decision of either going north to Larkspur (42 miles) or heading back through Monument to the start ( 28 miles). Weather is looking good so lets gets some miles in!
Going to be yet another enjoyable ride, hope you can join in.
Pace - 15-19 mph (riders always split up into groups of similar pace)
Distance - 42 or 28 miles
Elevation gain -2,500' - which seems to be the norm these days.
Difficulty - Moderate for the long ride - still some hills on the short one.

Things to Bring - Each rider should be self-sufficient, which means carrying water, food, and a tire repair kit. Weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so make sure you dress for the day’s weather. Everyone needs to be wearing a bike helmet to join in so don't forget yours.
