The Sunday Hill & Valley Tour is a no drop ride with an emphasis on improving climbing skills and stamina. Riders who have an above average level of fitness (meaning, for example, you should be able to ride up Flying W Ranch Rd from the south without stopping until you get to the top) are invited to join. The ride will re-group at the top of hills. So, if you are one of the first riders up, you have the option to roll back down and repeat the climb as often as you like until everyone finally arrives. Distance usually ranges from 20 to 30 miles. The ride usually lasts 2-3 hours, giving riders the opportunity to join the Sunday Social Ride as well.
