What we're about

We are glad you decided to show interest in our group. We are an active, fun, adventurous and diverse group. Our purpose is to get exercise, make new friends, explore new places, try new activities and just have fun.

We suggest you come out on a Wednesday night first to get to know us and get a feel for your fitness level. These nights we walk the MKT from Stadium Boulevard for an hour at varying paces.

On the weekends, we often do rigorous and extensive hikes, day trips or getaways. The hikes can last for a few hours to all day.

We hope you will join us soon!

Women's Fitness Walk - NEW TIME 5 PM

Forum Nature Area

NEW TIME: We are now meeting at 5 pm. This will allow us to start the walk in daylight. We will continue to walk at Forum Nature Area throughout the winter. We meet in the lower parking lot. Consistent with Columbia's ordinance, masks are optional while exercising outdoors. Feel free to wear a mask but it is not required. Let's make sure to keep 6 ft between each person while walking. It's easy to get bunched up while in a good conversation; let's help remind each other to keep 6 ft distance.
