Photo-hike: Exploring Secluded Hollows

Details
Let this be an experience of discovery. Embrace the vagueness of this description and ready yourself for an adventure somewhere unknown.
Vague itinerary:
4:30-4:40 Meet at Target for carpool. If you do not arrive by 4:40, we will have to leave without you.
4:40-6:00 Travel to first hollow
6:00-6:25 Hike up to rim of the first hollow for sunrise
6:25-7:00 Make photographs at sunrise
7:00-8:30 Make photographs in the gorge of the hollow
8:30-9:00 Travel to the second hollow
9:00-11:00 Explore and photograph the second hollow
11:00-12:00 Lunch (back at car)
12:00-3:00 We'll spend the rest of the day exploring one or two more hollows
Transportation Fee:
I've included a $5.00 fee for transportation. This amount covers the cost of gas, both ways, split between 4 people.
Food:
I would suggest you eat breakfast before we leave. Pack a hearty lunch and bring a couple snacks or protein bars to keep in your camera bag.
What to bring:
• Camera and lens (see gear notice below)
• Tripod
• Cable release/remote timer (optional)
• Flashlight or headlamp (for sunrise)
• Shoes with grip (consider Yaktraxs http://www.target.com/p/yaktrax-pro-traction-pad-black/-/A-14127117#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=yaktrax )
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear boots (preferably waterproof ones)
• PACK A LUNCH, snacks, and plenty of water
Gear Notice: This trip will involve around 9 hours of on/off trail hiking. Please keep this in mind when choosing what gear to bring, as you will have to carry everything with you. YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR GEAR IN THE CAR!!
Safety:
Please come prepared to hike off trail. At times we may be near cliffs and/or steep hills. Remember, your safety is your responsibility while we are out hiking.
Let me know if you have any questions (but don't ask where we are going). I'm really looking forward to this trip!

Note: This is not an instructional photo-walk. Our goal is to make photographs together, not to teach photography. Questions are fine and learning from one another is important, lets just make sure we direct our focus on making images.
