Code Jam: Set up a lab

I get lots of questions about setting up an application security testing lab, so let's get together and get everyone on the same page. Bring your machine (Windows, Mac, or Linux) and I'll have the ISOs you need to get rolling so we don't kill the CIF's bandwidth.
