Welcome to our network of non-profit Toastmasters clubs in Oakland which exist to help YOU with your public speaking, storytelling and communication skills. You're welcome to visit a few club meetings based on the time and place that works for your schedule.

Toastmasters International is a worldwide community with proven speaking and communication programs to take scared public speakers, self-professed introverts and unskilled managers and grow them into confident, competent, and even amazing leaders and presenters — all at your own pace, based on your own goals.
We're a non-profit, so we're cheap to join, and all we really want is for you to come grow in our safe environment, joining our supportive and amazing community!

We are a Presidents Distinguished club with a diverse membership that encompasses varied cultures and professions, as well as retirees and homemakers.
We hold our meetings in HYBRID fashion, meaning, you have 2 choices for attending: In person in the Keller Plaza Apartments Community Room , or on Zoom.us.
Attending in person has an energy that can't be matched! But for those who can't get to our North Oakland location, we offer online meetings that are SO CONVENIENT that people have been able to attend from all over the country - even all over the world!

We meet every Wednesday at 6:00PM and our meetings are 90 minutes, except the 1st meeting of each month, which is only 75 minutes. This is the perfect time to add some extra spark to your life by getting together with fun loving people who are sharing a journey of discovery and self improvement!
