Field Trippin' Battery Hooper Civil War Days at Ramage Museum: free event

Come learn about America's Civil War days at the annual Battery Hooper Civil War Days event. The event is free and family friendly. Visit the Ramage museum, then go outside to explore a civil war soldiers camp and hospital. Meet soldiers, doctors and nurses as they tell their tale. Enjoy crafts, food and demonstrations. They'll shoot off the cannon and have reenactments. Hear America's greatest president Abraham Lincoln and Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln discuss the war. There will be live music as well.

Please note event is from noon-5pm. We will meet at noon, but may not stay until 5pm. Depends on the group.
