The Community of Reason (COR) was formed in January 2019 to partner with like-minded groups and to provide a network of support and opportunities to the non-religious in the area, including atheists, agnostics, humanists and skeptics.

The Community of Reason (COR): Atheists and Humanists of Ohio and Kentucky envisions a secular society that values science, reason, integrity, compassion and true equality for everyone.

Community of Reason (COR) is committed to presenting spaces that are informative, fun and friendly for all participants. This includes creating an atmosphere that is harassment-free. All attendees, including speakers, sponsors, and volunteers, are required to adhere to our community standards for the duration of our events.

Seth Andrews, best known as The Thinking Atheist creator, came out of a Christian fundamentalist upbringing and a career in Christian radio, as a devout Christian for 30 years. He's written about it and talked about it in his books and on his podcasts. You can catch him on YouTube at The Thinking Atheist, the Atheist Experience (AXP) talk and call-in shows.
Noah Lugeons of The Scathing Atheist and other atheist podcasts, has also written books and given presentations on atheism and humanist activism.
Don’t miss out on this unique presentation of science, sarcasm, laughs, stories, thought-provoking fun, and plenty of Humanism!
Doors open at 1:00pm.
Parking: Free. There's some direct parking at the Anderson Center building, but a parking garage just off of Five Mile Road is a mere two minute walk. Simply follow the nature trail to the rear entrance of the Anderson Center.
