What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in delicious food that is actually good for you, likes cooking and eating out, interested in nutrition and holistic health or people that simply want to learn what to eat to lose weight and have good skin! There is no judgment of how you currently eat and you are welcome no matter what "diet" label you practice. I created this group to share my passion for healthy food with other like-minded people who are interested in learning how to eat better to feel better, ultimately having more energy and a more fulfilling life! Some of the fun things we will do together include cooking classes, grocery store tours, decode food labels, and of course take advantage of NYC's amazing restaurant scene!
