This month we'll hear from Deborah Rozman, CEO of HeartMath Inc, (http://www.heartmath.com/) who will discuss their world renown landmark technology, multi-person heart coherence, and the latest industry trends. Liz Li, Ph.D., president of Sofia University (http://www.sofia.edu/) (formally Institute of Transpersonal Psychology) will discuss her plans to develop the first consciousness focused engineering curriculum, and the opening of a new lab devoted to Consciousness Hacking. Frank Heile, PhD, will report on two months of rigorous testing of the Interaxon Muse EEG headset. (http://www.choosemuse.com/)

Deborah Rozman, CEO of HeartMath Inc. (http://www.heartmath.org) will talk about the power of Heart Rate Variability coherence feedback to create a shift baseline health and consciousness. She will share what HeartMath’s emWave and Inner Balance technology does and outcomes achieved, and provide industry insight in what’s happening in the rapidly changing mobile health market. Lastly she will talk about HeartMath’s vision and roadmap for group coherence and global coherence to facilitate a shift in global consciousness.

A proven leader and educator, Dr. Liz Li (http://www.sofia.edu/content/office-president) brings 25 years of industry and academic expertise to her role as president of Sofia University. Most recently she served as Dean of Faculty, Chief Academic Officer, and head of ITU’s Academic Quality Control Committee at the International Technology University (ITU) in Palo Alto.
During her professional career, Dr. Li has worked in various positions at high-tech companies. Beginning in 1996, Dr. Li worked at Sony as a Professional Researcher, after which she shifted to Senior Manager and Chief Software Architect of Strategic Office until 2004. Dr. Li was also the Chair of International Conference Technologies of Object-oriented Language and Systems, USA in 1998 and 1999. Additionally, Dr. Li taught at the International Software School of Wuhan University, where she held the titles of Vice-President as well as Professor from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, Dr. Li joined Motorola Inc. as the Director of Engineering & Principal Architect. She directed her department until 2008 where she began her position as Executive VP of Marketing at McNair Technologies Corporation. During this time, Dr. Li joined ITU as a professor for the Computer Science department and soon became an integral part of the executive decision-making process at ITU.

Dr. Frank Heile (https://sites.google.com/site/fbh1949/) has a PhD in Particle Physics from Stanford and an undergraduate degree from MIT. He is a retired software engineer with over 46 patents to his name. He is currently writing a book exploring a novel theory of consciousness as it relates to spiritual awakening, enlightenment and transformation. He will be discussing his last two months of experimenting with the Interaxon Muse EEG headset (http://www.choosemuse.com/) including data on how it has influence him, as well has his software development work with the device.
