About Our Panel

Ariel van Spronsen is a Senior Content Strategist at Expedia with a diverse background. She worked in the agency and freelance consulting worlds for many years, and recently took a few years away from the field to focus on her dream of becoming a hairstylist. Ariel just moved back to her hometown of Seattle, WA from Missoula, MT and lives with her three-footed cat, Cora.

Theo Karatzas is a Senior Content Designer at PayPal and freelance death scholar. Currently, she's completing a master's degree in media studies at the New School in New York, writing a thesis on Facebook's memorialization policies and digital remains. She lives in San Francisco, CA with her partner and enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and rock climbing. In a previous life, she worked in the music industry.

Lily Supardan is a Recruiter with Dropbox. She has 25 years of recruiting and human resources experience, specializing in talent acquisition, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Product Marketing/Management, G&A, Design, and Account Management. She also teaches barre3 classes for Seattle's Capitol Hill studio. You can usually find her hiking, biking, eating, or enjoying a whiskey cocktail in her "spare" time.
