UPDATE: TOPIC CHOSEN!
This Friday we'll be exploring how to practically navigate situations when we're triggered, frustrated or impatient with our teams/people.
Sometimes we have strong points of view as leaders and we don't want hold back what we see and think. We also want our people to feel heard, not bull-dozed or controlled. How do we share strong points of view, challenge our people AND create an experience that builds teamwork and trust? That is what we will be exploring!
Come be in the inquiry and learn several power tools for being effective, especially when triggered.
Join us for conversation!
We’ve launched Conversations with Culture Counts to support local business leaders and their friends in exploring the cutting edge of leadership and culture – to engage in a facilitated dialogue where we discover how new tools and distinctions help us address some of our biggest leadership challenges. With a no-cost, easy way to participate, we all enjoy a rich experience of being together for the simple purpose of growing and learning together – and taking practical ideas back to our organizations to help make things better.
Each month, The Culture Counts team will explore a new topic! We offer related insights and tools to consider, and we apply them to your current challenges or opportunities.
This meetup is ideal for a business owner, executive or manager who is actively exploring their leadership edge. (This is not networking event or a philosophy class.) Come join us!
The topic will be posted a week before the event!
Please show up about 10 minutes before the event to get comfortable and meet other people. We'll have coffee, tea and light snacks available.
