The Cuisine of the Sun - A Menu from the Côte d'Azur

Details
France offers a tremendous variety of cuisines, ingredients and flavors. Each region has its own style and the South of France is well known for its simple, colorful and sunny dishes. Eggplants, zucchini, onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, fresh herbs, orange blossom and virgin olive oil are some of the common ingredients used in Provençale cuisine.
On Saturday March 13th, we will explore the delights from the Côte d'Azur. Cecile, our resident authority in classical French cooking from Nice and Provence, has created a seasonal menu showcasing many of these staples of the Niçois and Provençal kitchen, with a focus on fresh fish and seafood.
