We will be making Cranberry Chutney, just in time for your Thanksgiving table. We will share in the work as we chop, cook, and can enough jars for each guest to head home with a jar or two for their pantry or gift-giving. Some will prepare the jars; some will prepare the ingredients, while others preserve the chutney using the water-processing method. Of course no gift from the kitchen is complete without a pretty label and a little twine.
Host will provide the jars and ingredients, and assorted beverages. Guests are invited to bring along simple sweet or savory nibbles to enjoy as we each take our turn in the kitchen in this hands-on experience and then wait for the jars to cool.
Due to the limited space, members only. We will keep a waiting list. If enough demand, we can add a second session another day.
