This community will explore the role of Customer Success as part of an organization’s strategy. Our main goal is to bring Customer Success Professionals together as a resource for each other. We will focus primarily on building a CS community, knowledge sharing, and networking. CuSP aims to achieve this by hosting a regular meetup where members of the CS community come together to share best practices for creating CS strategy, exploring similarities and differences of adjacent practices, and how CS creates value for organizations.
