EVENT OVERVIEW
Customer Success in a Virtual World
Like everything, the way we support clients changed in so many ways when the world went virtual due to the pandemic. At the same time, we learned that so many things stayed the same, and the most effective approach was to simply find a way to maintain the same support structure within the new framework. In this session, we'll discuss some of the changes a CS professional needs to consider in this virtual world, covering how to successfully support clients, as well as how to be an attractive candidate for a potential new hiring profile.

Saarah Shaikh is the VP of Customer Success at Chicago tech company, PowerReviews. She joined the company in March of 2017 as a Senior Customer Success Manager and has expanded on her role throughout her time there. In her current role as VP, Saarah oversees both the Enterprise and Corporate CS teams, and has dedicated her efforts to improving the client experience through innovative initiatives and techniques.

At the core of Saarah's career is a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences for clients. She also has a strong interest in career development and finding unique learning opportunities for her team.

Prior to her time at PowerReviews, Saarah spent eight years at FactSet Research Systems, a Financial Technology company, working in both client management and sales functions. Saarah holds a degree in Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
